On 11.08.2010 in the premises of JSP Skopje a memorandum of cooperation between Public Traffic Company Skopje and the Ministry of Economy - the Bureau of metrology was signed. The Memorandum was signed due to a need for expert support in the field of motor vehicles, and in order to extend the successful cooperation so far.

The memorandum was signed by the Director General JSP - Miso Nikolov, Director of the Bureau - Dimitar Parnardziev. 

Subject to achieving a memorandum of cooperation between JSP Skopje and Bureau of metrology  was conducting the surveillance of the production of buses from the manufacturer "LAZ", as well as cooperation in services related to technical matters in the area of homologation of vehicles

Between  July  14th and 16th,  2010, the Director of the Bureauof metrology, Mr. Dimitar Parnardziev and representatives from JSP Skopje, accomplished a  working visit to Ukraine factory for buses Laz, where 84 buses are going to be produced for city traffic. 

The visit is part of the agreed regular technical inspection to determine the quality and pace of production of vehicles, in accordance with the tender documents for procurement of new buses for the JSP Skopje, funded by the Government. Supervision of the production process of the buses is done in order to maintain quality of the vehicles, which should follow the European standards.
